Before using VLC - which is not our software - you should first try using our
“openRTSP” command-line RTSP client; see
http://live555.com/openRTSP/
If “openRTSP” cannot play (stream from) that “rtsp://“ URL, then the “LIVE555
Proxy Server” will not be able to access it either.
