Hi Ross, I confirm there is no problem with using testH265VideoStreamer (along with the "surfing.h265" file).
So, I'll have to dig into my code to see what's going on... I have absolutely no idea at this point. It seems it doesn't occur everytime a new client connects (I would say 50%). -----Original Message----- From: live-devel <[email protected]> On Behalf Of Ross Finlayson Sent: Friday, February 4, 2022 10:57 PM To: LIVE555 Streaming Media - development & use <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [Live-devel] compilation issue / vcpkg / windows > On Feb 5, 2022, at 10:43 AM, g.jaegy <[email protected]> wrote: > > Thanks for your answer. > > I was actually running VLC from two different PCs on my LAN. > > The fact that multiple clients connect should be fully transparent to me, > right ? fPresentationTime should continue increasing normally, shouldn't it ? Yes. When streaming multicast (using a “PassiveServerMediaSubsession", your “FramedSource” subclass should be oblivious to multicast clients joining/leaving. Once again, you should test this on the original, unmodified “testH265VideoStreamer” application, before looking into your own code.
