Hi,
We used two NVRs (set to TCP with RTSP option Keep a live) and we found
that the connection dropped every 1 minute. After tracing the packets, we found
that the keep-alive option command of the first connection did not get a
response from the RTSP server, so the RTSP server closed it after timeout.
And I found that handleAlternativeRequestByte did not receive any data, I also
checked AWAITING_DOLLAR in tcpReadHandler1, the
fServerRequestAlternativeByteHandler of the first line was modified to NULL, so
the first line did not receive Keep a live.
Is there any reason to do this? Can it be fixed?

How specifically are you using our software? (If you are not using our
software, then we cannot help you.)
I suggest that you begin by using our demo applications: The “LIVE555 Media
Server”, and “testOnDemandRTSPServer”. Do you see the same problem when using
these server applications (unmodified)?
