Orange County prosecutors filed murder, drunken driving and other
charges against a man who plowed his minivan into a car carrying Angels
pitcher Nick Adenhart, killing the player and two others. Dist. Atty.
Tony Rackauckas said Andrew Gallo acted "selfishly and recklessly,"
noting he had one previous conviction on DUI charges. If convicted in
this case, Gallo faces up to 55 year to life in prison.
