CNN reporting that the captain jumped overboard again opening an opportunity for US Military forces to take down the pirates. One pirate is in custody on USS Bainbridge as he was there to negotiate. Capt is unharmed .... Repeating three pirates down, killed in rescue operation.... CNN/BBC.....
