Quarterback Michael Vick has been fully reinstated by the NFL, beginning with Philadelphia's third game of the season. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell met with Vick today to apprise him of the decision, with the reserve quarterback slated to start the second half of tonight's exhibition finale against the New York Jets. Vick signed with the Eagles last month, two weeks after he was conditionally reinstated by Goodell. The quarterback served 20 months of federal sentence for running a dogfighting ring in rural Virginia. He has not played in a regular-season game since December 2006.
