We are subscribed and it is working nicely, with replies only to the author unless you send 'Reply to all", which we did in this case, with a reply to both lists... The live-aboard list had a very neat little subscribe notice at the bottom of each post. Another thing that I don't like is that the option to respond directly to someone has been taken away. It can still be done, but only if you can figure out the person's address. It isn't automatic. Another list that I'm on is at Topica, which is better than Yahoo IMHO, and also does the respond to the individual first to be summarized but I'm hoping that this will be better than either of those options. Originally the list was set up for people to respond directly to the person asking the question, who would then summarize the answers for the list. That was to reduce band width, and seems to have gone by the wayside.
