I recently "covered over" the existing black, falling-apart insulation in
the SeaRunner 34 I just got with a roll of insulation I got from Lowes for
like $30

It is about 3/8" thick, double-side with reflective silver/metal lining, 3'
wide/tall.

I threaded it in, cut it off, made slits to get around "obstacles" and
stapled it in place - -we'll see how it holds up.
