I need to replace or rebuild the starter on my 4-236. The unit currently installed (Well, now on the cabin table) is not marked with any manufacturer that I recognize but it is stamped CA45H12-72 and Des No. 1320H720. Googling these numbers leads me to believe it may have been made by an outfit called CAV. Means nothing to me. There is precious little info out there about these numbers though. I'd like to replace the starter with one like what was originally installed to avoid any wiring problems if possible. Any thoughts?
