While we have a 8KW Northern Lights that is not obtrusively loud, and an
airconditioning system we choose not to use the AC at anchor.

We do have now our third pair of berth fans and we are happy with them.
They are about 11" square, cost about $70 each at an RV store.

We have them mounted at the foot of the berth and rigged with two
center-off switches at the head of the berth that will put them either in
series across the 12 VDC supply or the normal voltage to them to vary the
speed.
