RE: [Liveaboard] Per PEXing question Norm,
I used the sharkbite system for connectors for my floor (radiant heat) love
them. Simple to use and remove too. As for the tubing, I so foar only used the
oxygen barrier stuff for the floor but I am looking forward to using the red
and blue "regular" soon. Pex is great stuff. www.pexsupply.com ( I believe)
will have a bunch of info.

Subject: [Liveaboard] Per PEXing question

Does anyone have any experience with the PEX type plumbing pipe/fittings I saw
at Lowe's the other day?  It looks much like the polybuytal I have on my boat
with copper crimp rings.

Will my PB crimping tool work with the PEX  crimp fittings?

What do you think of the system in general?
