I use the gimbaled two burner Origo alcohol stove,
and it works great, I put a folding camp oven on
it for biskets or whatever, works fine but heats
up the boat a lot not so good for summer nights.

The only disadvantage is that the smell can be
objectionable in a closed-in small boat like mine
in winter without good ventilation, and also
alcohol is more expensive, not a big deal unless
you use it way more than I do.

You must always use good boat stove alcohol or the
cannisters will clog and heat will decrease a
lot.-Ken
