My marina has a pumpout that has not worked in years... its there for show.. I guess.. when I mentioned it to the 'general mgr' ..she said that the coast gaurd knew that "we are working on it"...yeah sure.... all summer long we all shared _one_ porta potty that is pumped out once a week. showers have been gone for two weeks.. in theory we will have new ones put in next week. New trailer... I am fortunate I have a type 1 msd...but I am sure others just pump overboard.. oh well... I am legal, that is the important thing..
