Eric,

If you respond to an email that was sent in HTML format, Outlook Express will
use that format. So, in addition to setting the send messages to send in plain
text format, also set read all messages in plain text.

Hello All,
I just set my Outlook Express program to send plain text for the fifth or
sixth time.
Does anybody know why it keeps going back to HTML by itself?
