Hello Eric and list,
Don't know how much this will help, FWIW.
Recently I used the links that appear below all posts, regarding the
"unsubscribe" options, then modified my choices to "digest" list, which also
asks HTML or MIME, plain text. I chose the plain text.
Recently someone posted about New York registration, and state taxes, and it
ran on and on, about Hull numbers, and CG documentation. (the usual
authorities) Don't think the poster EVER got an answer. (subject line was never
changed) Digest doesn't make this go away, but you can buzz past them pretty
quick. One digest, is better for me, then all the multiple individual posts.
(Obviously, you can no longer filter certain posters, in digest form)
I'm sending this plain text, but because its from AOL, may be converted to HTML
(sorry about that if it doe's) I guess I'll know tomorrow ;-)
Because I'm responding to the "digest" version (your note was the only post) I
deleted everything else. Hopefully this comes across clean...hopefully useful.
Maybe give it a try.
Patrick

 Hello All,?

I just set my Outlook Express program to send plain text for the fifth or
sixth time.?

Does anybody know why it keeps going back to HTML by itself??
?

Eric Thompson?
