Are you talking about removing rust from bolts or removing a rusty bolt?
If you are talking about removing a bolt that is rusty and seized in
then you probably want to try Croil.  I don't know if I spelled it right
Sam would know.  That is like super penetrating oil.  If you just want
it to look pretty then I guess its Naval Jelly.
