I went to the Harbormaster's office and checked on the camera.
Seems they have double-glazed windows and after the almost solidly rainy June
moisture appeared between the panes of glass. The office is leased so they had
to wait for the owner to correct the situation or have the IT guy move the
camera.
Sounds like they got something done, Miracles do happen!!!
