Remember to wear glove or protect your skin against peroxide.  old time doctors
used to clean the wound with peroxide, it left big urgly scar.  It hardly ever
use in medical field anymore

We keep it in the peroxide bottle and just screw a sprayer cap on. Sunlight is
the enemy here so it should last the same as peroxide in the medicine cabinet.
The best part of this is that both components are inexpensive. You can tell
when it is loosing potency because the visual reaction changes. Think about
peroxide on a cut for reference.

does the h2o2 lose it potency quickly in a spray bottle, or do you use the
bottle up in a week or so?

For keeping the shower clean, I use a 50/50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol (99%
pure)/water and use after the shower

The Admiral has not had me clean the shower in MONTHS!
