The reason I am asking this is as follows: the CD should IMHO still be
useful as a container with sources and the book itself, for computers
with the hardware not supported by the bootable system on the CD.
I didn't think anyone would be using it that way, so I didn't think to
put it outside the squashfs. If you think it would be useful we could do
that. We'd have to change the following three files to reflect that
change as well.

root/.mozilla/firefox/2qwpcv2u.default/prefs.js
etc/profile
Do you know of any other files that point to the /usr/share location?
