This commit is too big (59908 bytes) so I decided to cancel the

Changes from the "utf8" branch, besides reorganization of Makefiles:
1) Glued the necessary RedHat patches together and put them into
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/~alexander/patches/
2) Dropped unneeded parts of diffutils patch
3) Moved gdbm before perl
4) Added a workaround for missing Ch5 bison to
coreutils-5.2.1-dateseconds-2.patch
