When changing something in the System code browser you might have seen the message "someFile.js was changed since since loading it. Overwrite?"
This points to that someone else has changed a module in the meantime. To not simply discard these changes you want to look at the diff and merge the changes accordingly. Use for example the diff viewer shown in this screencast: http://lively-kernel.org/other/module-versions-and-diffing.mov *Please note that the message above was issued more often than necessary in the past. This is fixed now and when you see the overwrite notice you can assume that an overwrite has really happened!* Best, Robert
