Hi Harrie,
once you have copied the set, you need to edit the "order" file which you
will find in the top level of the set, and change each occurance of the
set name in there. This is the unoffical way, and will not work if you
have multitrack layouts.

The "official" way is to 1) export the set as a project from the Advanced
menu, 2) save the original set with a new name, 3) import the project back
in via the Advanced menu. This will work even if you have layout files.
