First of all you would create a mask the same shape as the house
(using a program like gimp), eg black where the house is, white for
the sky. Then load in the image, copy it to the clipboard, and use the
merge method "luma mask" to black out the part of the sky clip where
the house is. Then take this new clip and copy it, and again use the
luma mask with opposite settings so that the house shows through this
time.

With a bit of experimentation you should be able to manage it.
