I have been working on my first LIVES project off and on for several
weeks--neglected to check the "open previous project" box, but until
recentlynever had any problem, would just open the multitrack window, hit
"load layout," and away I'd go. (I did manage to fail to save my layout,
or parts of it, several times, and had to rebuild the clip set repeatedly,
but I thought I had gotten that stable). Anyway, now when I try and load
the layout I've been working on, I get a box that says
This layout requires the set "nightcomesin"
In order to load it you must return to the Clip Editor,
close the current set,
then load in the new set from the File menu.
Two problems here: 1)I haven't opened any clips, so there is no 'current
set" to close, and 2)when I try to load the clip set, I get a message at
the bottom of the page that says
No clips were recovered for set (nightcomesin).
Maybe I'm trying to load the layout "nightcomesin" and i don't know where
to look to find the clip set? To the best of my knowledge, I did save this
clip set, so I'm not sure why I'm getting this message. Is my best
recourse to start again from scratch? I've done this several times
already, just figure it's a learning curve and I'm not in a hurry, just an
old hippie trying to learn something new to keep my brain from ossifying.
