wow, it took a while to get back to this--free time has a way of
evaporating....

inside "nightcomesin" there is a "layouts" folder but no "order" file and
no "clips" file

in another folder, "nci," there is a "clips" file, containing the numbered
folders, which apparently contain the individual frames of one set of clips
I created
there is also a "layouts" folder containing 3 separate files, as well as,
in the nci folder, not in either of the subfolders, an "order" file

a couple of hours later....well, after telling me it couldn't load the set
of clips i found, it loaded them, and i followed poundle's instructions on
what to do to turn them into a usable video, but when it came to
file>encode clip as, when i tried to do this i got a message saying i
didn't have permission to use the files and so i couldn't encode them.  I
hope i saved the layout and files, but it's dinnertime.....will check into
this again, hopefully before another couple of months have gone by.
