Gabriel will have a better answer however it does look to me like you have a gap in your audio track. In the Clip Editor did you do a Trim/Pad Audio to Selection on each clip before going to the Multitrack Mode? Try that and see if it works better. Also a problem I had was I installed the Weed library from repository instead of using the one in the Lives folder. That gave me a partial render before failing.
