I have used lives on and off for a few years. Never had problems. Recently,
i installed lives on a lenovo x201 running ubuntu 14,04 from ubuntu
software center. it kept constantly crashing. i found a post on the net
advising installing gtk+-2.0. i followed that and crashes stopped. but now
i get a message that there encoder plugins could not be found. i also
discovered that effects plugins are missing.
any advise?
