Hi all,
first of all apologies. It turns out there was a dataloss issue with
version 2.8.8 which I have now fixed. In case anybody opened any Sets with
version 2.8.8 you will need to follow the procedure outlined in the Release
Notes here: http://lives-video.com/index.php?do=downloads
Another old issue to do with GUI timing reared it's ugly head again in
2.8.8. This could cause a crash when reloading Sets or recovering files. I
believe I now have the definitive fix for this, and it is included in
2.8.9. If anybody still experiences a crash with the text
"Gtk:ERROR:/build/gtk+3.0-2Ut_nl/gtk+3.0-3.18.9/./gtk/gtkprogressbar.c:611:tick_cb:
assertion failed: (priv->pulse2 > priv->pulse1)" or similar please let me
know.
