hello, fellow lizard-lovers,
two questions:
first, i was pleasantly surprised to see col30 [LTP] come with an
updated lizard. i am subscribed to lizard-cvs list also and had not
seen any updates to lizard, so i wasn't expecting a new lizard. but
there it was, and working with qt2.1 also! what a nice surprise! if i
can get lizard to compile with qt2.1 i won't have to go back to my col24
machine to work on lizard. that would be nice.
is this lizard source available? i notice there is no new branch in
cvs. of course the ftp site doesn't have anything newer than 990902.
second, i am working on lizard for my distro, redmond linux, now based
on col30, and would like to know if you are interested in any of my
changes to incorporate into future lizard versions. my goal is reduce
the number of steps it takes to install linux with lizard, and as such
am mainly taking out stuff that you all put in 8-). but if you want my
changes you are welcome to them.
if you want them, what's the best way to give them? should i:
a] not worry about giving them back to you, ie fork lizard devel
b] give you my changes verbatim
c] give you my changes between #ifdef's so that a dev could compile
either version from same source
thoughts?

thanks!
