already says this is a language setting? And it's pretty clear that `settings
set plugin.cplusplus.function-name-format <whatever>` is setting that format
for the language cplusplus. So that extra node doesn't seem to be expressing
anything useful.
If we do need a node, maybe something like `display` because this is setting
that has to do with `display` of something for that language, and we might add
more language specific display options?
