Joe, I have uncovered what looks like a small bug in the library. According to 13.2.5 in the spec, a ReaderEventNotificationSpec has a list of EventNotificationState parameters. However, the ReaderEventNotification class has only a setReaderEventNotificationData() method. If I'm understanding the spec correctly, the class should have an addEventNotificationSpec() method instead.
