I've added some excerpts from the EPCglobal LLRP specification to the
llrpdef.xml file. The hope is to use these descriptions for code
commending, code documentation, and tool-tips (when available).
I chose XHTML for the format of these annotations, as it's possible to
use these directly or easily covert to HTML for rendering. I'm open to
other formats as well. Comments?
