Sure. The recommendation you make on llrpdef.xml is right, I think.

Somewhat relevant, LTK-Perl is more lenient on XML instances to encode
than the LLRP.xsd implies. Integer values are accepted in place of
enumeration strings. But the output is always the enumeration strings.

If we expect to see long lists of these, I think it would be a good
idea to replace EPCGlobalClass2Gen2 with C1G2 since it is just as
clear, unlikely to collide, and would save a lot of space in the XML
output. But I suspect that suggestion might meet resistance as not
cleaving to the spec.
