After consulting with Kyle who maintained the early LLRP Java implementation
that was not based on llrpdef.xml and llrp.xsd, I "cvs-removed" all files
from the llrp-toolkit/Java directory today.
The "empty" directories remain in llrp-toolkit/Java due to the cvs
technicalities (use the -P flag to avoid checking out empty directories - I
don't think we can change the settings of ViewCVS to not display empty
directories).
Parties interested in using a LTK Java implementation should download the
LTK/LTKJava code instead.
