I am using Visual Studio 2008 Express Edition. Every time I load a
solution or project file from the LTK-Net project it wants to upgrade
the format.

Are we trying to maintain compatibility with a specific version?

I have been careful and just edited portions of the csproj file by hand
to try to keep it from (presumably, incompatibly) changing the version.
But it's a pain.

Do I need to try to maintain the project files this way or can I check
in upgraded files? My next problem is checking in llrp2xml test driver
project, and that will be tricky unless someone with the "right" version
creates the initial csproj.
