I think you have to download the source and apply a patch since it is
not committed unless you get the binary from someone.

Note that there is also an online decoder at llrp.org based on
LTK-Perl. It decodes a trace file to LTK-XML. You can use tcpdump or
wireshark (with or without LLRP plugin) to capture the trace.
