Log Message:
Merge changes from internal code tree to sourceforge.
1) fixed the LTKCPP unit test to use the packetSequence schema that was defined
2) Added LTKNET packet test directory to run dx101 tests
3) fixed numerous bugs in LTKNET to make pass the dx101 tests
4) Fixed timestamp XML printing in LTKC and LTKCPP (were printing locatime
rather than gmtime)
