Hi Boris, 
I think you have to use the IMPINJ_ENABLE_EXTENSIONS message to enable
custom extensions on the reader but I'm not a 100% familiar with this.

If it still doesn't work after enabling the extensions I'd suggest to
contact impinj directly, too.
