Also, it could be another issue we've seen before: The reference to the xsd
in the xml document is over http to the xsd hosted on the llrp.org server.
We've had cases where because of firewall rules (or simply missing internet
connections) the loading failed which lead to similar probelm (mainly the
"... referenceable from schema document 'null'..." let's me assume it could
be a loading problem).
So try turning off anything that could block the connection from working,
