great that you are using the LLRP Toolkit!

To determine the cause of the problem, it would be useful to know more details 
about the reader you are using. Can you provide reader model and reader 
firmware version? 

Did you experience this problem with a number of different readers? If you do 
not have multiple readers available for testing, you might want to consider 
using the rifidi tag emulator (www.rifidi.org) to see whether the problem is 
not limited to your reader model.
