There is no extra class or dependency needed to use the LTK Java 
implementation. The org.llrp.ltk.types.LLRPMessage class is bundled in the ltk 
jar. I assume there is something not quite right in the classpath definitions 
of your JBOSS server. I am not a JBOSS expert though.
