I built from the 1.0.0.5 source bundle published on Sourceforge here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/llrp-toolkit/files/llrp-toolkit/ltknet/1.0.0.5/ltknet_src_1_0_0_5.zip/download
The version I had trouble with is this: http://sourceforge.net/projects/llrp-toolkit/files/llrp-toolkit/ltknet/1.0.0.8/LTKNet_x86-win32_1_0_0_8.zip/download I don't know the details of CVS access, as I was just using the published bundles on SF, and 1.0.0.8 does not seem to have a source release there.
