https://reviews.llvm.org/D28430 added a hack that drops linkonce sections,
which allows us to link the i386 glibc CRT. Once
https://sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2017-01/msg00145.html has been in glibc
for a while we should remove the hack.
