Reproducer.
Clang fails with assertion with -O3 -march=skx option.
Reproducer:
unsigned char a, b, c, d;
void foo() {
d = (!b > c) + (a != 0);
}
Error:
>$ clang++ -w -O3 -march=skx -c repr.cpp
