reduced testcase
While building SystemZ benchmarks (SPEC), I discovered that one clang process
got stuck which I bisected to r320157. When I reverted it locally, things
worked again as normal.
Attached reduced test case, run with
bin/opt -mtriple=s390x-ibm-linux -S -mcpu=z13 -O3 tc_instcomb_hang.ll
