We need to improve vector type support in SimplifyDemandedBits:
ISD::TRUNCATE (DAGCombiner.visitTRUNCATE currently disables this)
ISD::EXTRACT_VECTOR_ELT
ISD::INSERT_VECTOR_ELT
ISD::SCALAR_TO_VECTOR
ISD::VECTOR_SHUFFLE
