I fill a bug inherent libPolly.a
https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45069
When i link with clangCodeGen (that was building STATIC), it needs libPolly.a
Unfortunately libPolly.a don't exists, (there is only LLVMPolly)
Or libPolly.a needs to be compiled also STATIC or clangCodeGen it must be
compiled SHARED
