https://reviews.llvm.org/D46525 added support for -debugify-each, which adds a
pass before and after other passes are added. It is fairly hacky, involving
subclassing legacy::PassManager and overriding the add() method.
With the new PM's more template metaprogramming/concept-based polymorphism
approach, there doesn't seem to be a good way of dynamically inserting passes
when passes are added.
Is -debugify-each/export really needed? Or is manually adding
debugify/check-debugify passes good enough?
