Some time ago, the integrated assembler stopped emitting those local labels,
so the difference between linkers that strip them (like GNU ld) and those that
don't (like Solaris ld) doesn't matter any longer.
The previous XFAIL was removed in https://reviews.llvm.org/D97932.
