The OCaml bindings are intended to be installed into DLLVM_OCAML_INSTALL_PATH,
not CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX. Either or both can be configured as desired with
cmake, see for example
https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/tree/main/llvm/bindings/ocaml .
